5-Ingredient Copycat Reese’s

By Rachael DeVaux
Prep: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate, melted

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, (or nut butter of choice)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • splash vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Using a silicone mold, pour enough chocolate in each cup to cover the bottom. Use the back of a spoon to press some chocolate up the sides. Then transfer to freezer for 15 minutes to harden.
  • Add all the filling ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Roll the filling into small enough balls, then press one ball into each cup.
  • Evenly pour the remaining chocolate over the top and transfer to the freezer to harden for 30 more minutes.
  • Once hardened, remove from the molds, top with flakey salt and enjoy!

Notes

Keep in a sealed container on the counter for several days, or store in the fridge or freezer to keep fresh longer.
