I cannot believe we are almost into 2026. This past year has been one of the best of my life – watching Hayes grow, traveling and making memories with my family, and bringing new projects to life. I’m thankful for another year that I get to work my dream job, reaching as many people as I can with realistic ways to live a healthier life. From simple, high-protein recipes made with whole food, approachable workouts that actually help you gain muscle mass, and tips for raising a healthy family and feeding a little – I’ll always be grateful that this is what I get to do! My most popular recipe of all time. It’s seriously SO simple, so delicious, and always a crowd pleaser. All you need to do is pat the drumsticks dry, toss with olive oil and all the seasonings, and pop ‘em in the oven to bake for a bit. Effortless, to say the least!


Sausage, White Bean & Kale Soup

This is one of my favorite soup recipes I’ve ever created. It’s bursting with flavor and packed with ample protein and tons of veggies for all the nourishing benefits. In my opinion, sausage brings any meal to the next level – and the beans, veggies, and broth make this soup the ultimate cozy dinner.


Healthy Twix Bars

If I’m being honest, this recipe is #1 in my heart! Over the years of recipe testing & creating, my classic Healthy Paleo Twix Bars have consistently remained one of my most popular – truly an OG RGE recipe. The way the smooth caramel, crunchy shortbread and velvety chocolate layers come together with a sprinkling of sea salt on top… I mean, you just can’t beat it!

Baked Apple Oatmeal with Caramel

One of my new recipes this year and I think it might be my favorite! I’m going on a few months of making this every single week. It’s so good and I love knowing I have something healthy on hand for breakfast or a mid-morning snack.


This year we clearly all needed new jeans and started shopping for littles. It warms my heart to know that so many of us are in the same phase of life – starting a family, cooking healthy recipes, and trying to stay active through it all! This bag has been a life saver this year. We use it as a travel bag and diaper bag for Hayes and it fits sooo much and somehow stays organized. These jeans are always a favorite, and I’m so honored that my new cookbook made the top links this year considering it doesn’t launch until March 2026!


I can’t say I’m surprised that this stain remover is a top seller – I honestly cannot imagine my life without it. It somehow removes EVERY stain magically before my eyes? A must if you have littles! I also have been loving this bag, this viral skincare, and tons of you are loving this henley.
