If you know me, you know I don’t travel lightly when it comes to my snacks and my supplements if we’re going to be gone longer than a week… I don’t mess around 😂
Bridger and I were just in Europe for 2 weeks, traveling to three different countries, and I gotta say we used just about everything I packed throughout the trip. The majority of snacks I bring are used on travel days, especially during the 9+ hour flights and whenever the plane / airport food is scarce or just not a healthy option. That being said, we still 100% indulge in all the food we find in various cities, it’s just nice to have some grab-and-go bites made with good ingredients we can count on. Stasher bags are great to use for storage of all things snacks & supplements, not to mention makeup, sunscreen, and anything else under the sun. You can put them in the dishwasher or give them a good rinse. Click here to check them out. I’ve been collecting them over the years and love them! Here’s some ideas on what I typically pack below:
Snacks
- Chomps beef sticks
- Archer grass-fed beef jerky
- Simple Mills crackers
- RX bars (love the vanilla almond and chocolate peanut butter flavors)
- Organic dried mango (always check ingredients to make sure there is no added sugar)
- Smart Sweets
- Siete Mexican Wedding Cookies
Supplements
- LMNT (great for hydration, no added sugar. I love Raspberry the most)
- Cymbiotika Golden Mind
- Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate
- Cymbiotika B12+ B6
- Athletic Greens (this link gets you 5 free travel packs and a one-year supply of their Vitamin D3+K2 drops I use everyday)
- Beekeeper’s Naturals Propolis Throat Spray
- Arrae (great for bloating/ any digestive issues while traveling)
- + our regular, daily supplements that I pack in these pill organizers (Ritual multivitamin, Omega-3 fish oil, zinc, probiotic)
