Open Face AB&J with 2-Ingredient Jam
Ingredients
- 1 slice paleo bread
- almond butter
Raspberry Chia Jam
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Mash raspberries and chia seeds together with fork, then set in fridge to thicken for 10-15 minutes.
- Toast paleo bread, then top with almond butter and raspberry chia jam.

I love this snack!! It is so easy. I love that the raspberry chia jam doesn’t have a bunch of sugar and it has added fiber and protein from the chia seeds, that you would n’t get from just a regular jam.
This is the simplest recipe but, so good! Just had my first slice of toast with pb and jam and I can’t wait to have another one tomorrow morning! I’ve seen other recipes with syrup or other sugars added, and it’s definitely not needed.
