Crispy Buttery Broccolini
Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1-2 tbsp ghee
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Prep the broccolini. Wash, then trim the ends, slice the thicket stems in half lengthwise (top to bottom).
- Heat a medium to large skillet over medium heat (cast iron works great for crispy edges). Once hot, add avocado oil and ghee.
- Add the broccolini and cook, tossing and covering to help steam for about 10 minutes, or until it softens and begins to crisp on the edges.
- Add the sea salt to the skillet and toss until evenly coated, then serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Never tried broccolini and I’m not a fan of broccoli, however this is a 10/10!!! This will be a new staple veggie for me. Who knew this was THAT GOOD!
I just tried this recipe, and it was so good!! I love the crunchy texture and the flavor from the ghee and flaky sea salt. It was simple and quick too! 🙂
